The interview process involves meeting various people in the organization, both people that would become colleagues as well as senior management. After the formal interview stage, you actually come back in to the offices and sit down at a computer with the team that you would be working for and they give you a view of what the day in the life of would look like. Sitting at the computer, listening to calls does give a better perspective of what the job is about.
