The hiring process was quick and professional. The interview process was more of a conversation than an interview. It was a strong inteview but fair. They made sure you were qualifiied for the position they were recommending you to fill. The process was pushed through quickly because BCBSM needed someone in the Team Lead position as soon as possible. The interview process with the client was not difficult as well. I was interviewed by two people and it went exceptionally well. I did get the position.
