I was interviewed by a number of different staff. They are very big on high energy, ability to learn, willingness to work really hard and put in the hours, and enthusiasm. Also, very traditional as far as thank yous, etc. They aren't too put off by a lack of job experience as they like someone that can learn and be molded into what they want.
