It was very straightforward and streamlined. They were able to get me placed quickly. I had two different phone interviews. There was zero level of difficulty for the whole process.

The interview process was friendly but professional. Questions regarding background, previous and present employment history and skill set were discussed.A very good overview of the position was given prior to a final interview begin conducted.

I saw a job posting on Careerbuilder and applied online. From there I did a phone screen with the hiring manager and after a great conversation, I was brought into the main office for an interview. I did a one on one interview with the same hiring manager and I had to take a couple of assessments as part of the interview. Once the interview was over I met a few other colleagues and managers from around the office. After that I was extended an offer and went through the background check and drug screen process before I was officially brought onboard.
