Applied online. Got a reply from them after a week or so. Had a interview with them in the morning and during that process there was aot of filling out paper work. They require references which sucks for people with no work experience or internship during college. Didn't do so well but they offered alot of information on how to improve your skill set to better your chances of getting a entry level position.

It took longer than expected, it took over a month to interview and then to receive the offer letter but it would also depend on position you applied for, it takes a long time they ask for patience in the process
Interview was through Microsoft teams, it was a couple of questions to get to know you and the right fit for you. On video, they got back a couple of days letter with a job offer.

Tell me about yourself? What experience do you have?
It’s was smooth and easy. Well prepped and lots of communication. the staff were okay and the job duties were well outlined. There was confusion after the fact but it resolved itself pretty quickly.
