I sent my resume to RH by email. A recruiter contacted me by phone to ask if I am available for an interview. The we exchanged Skype names. The interview was next week, 30-min interview, standard questions, great energy and attitude from interviewer.

Good, personable, and spend time discussing what you are looking for, and advise what they can do on two fronts, temp and permanent work. Meet with two sides of the services they can provide. Did get response from the temp side, the permanent side did not reach out once on an assignment, to date.
