I interviewed over the phone first and then in person. I also interviewed again when I was placed. They really talked me up to the company I was placed with (I was eventually hired on by that company and my boss showed my the glowing description they sent about me). Every thing went pretty smooth.

Initial call with recruiter that went over basic background information and experience. Recruiter then quickly set up an interview with the company I would be working for. That interview was an onsite with the accounting manager and cpa involving more background/behavioral questions
