The technical round was in koramangala. The interviewer was good and it went well. After few days, the HR called and told I've been selected and should take up a telephonic interview which will be decision maker. I attended it. After few days I got a call for HR round. But didn't get interview letter for a week. I found out the contact details and contacted them and later they sent the interview letter. The HR recruiter was good, spoke well and told he'd get back in 5-10 days. I submitted all the documents. It's been a month and still no offer letter. The HR doesn't pick calls or reply to emails. They simply say they're waiting for some approvals. They have no value for candidate's time and effort. If they don't have approvals, why do they collect documents. That too they ask some 15 docs and the portal has so many pages. Very bad experience. Lost interest in Bosch.
