'Black hole' after I was contacted by recruiter (via LI - I did not apply]. After 4+ weeks I was contacted for an interview; that conversation was more 'interrogation' than conversation. Another 4 weeks before any contact, by which time I declined to move forward based on my candidate exerience and the interviewer's style (a reflection of the culture.) As a HR professional with decades of experience, the Bosch process is not one I would stand for as a HR leader or hiring manager.
