The process started with the phone interview with the recruiter with couple of screening questions. After that i was invited for the interview with two other team leaders where mainly soft skills and personallity was assessed. In the next phase I was informed that will recieve a challenge and will need to prepare a 15-20 minutes presentation. I had plenty of time to do that (around 2 weeks) and presented in front of 5 people (HR manager, HR IT manager, and team leaders). The overall experience throughout this interviews period was quite positive, however although I was told I will recieve feedback (whether positive or negative) within maximum two weeks I was surprised that after one month I still did not hear from them. I start questioning as in the meantime was in other procedure and needed a closure and went through another month of back and forth without answer. At the end recruiter called to say "sorry, you were not selcted". After all of the the effort and time invested I expected at least a proper feedback to understand why I was not succesful in the procedure.
