Good interview. The interview was conducted online due to me being out of the UK at the time. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. Two directors conducted the interview and asked me about my engineering experience and what I want to achieve in my career. I had submitted my portfolio when applying. The directors had reviewed it prior to the interview and asked me specific questions on past projects. We talked about a few RBGroup projects which the directors had worked on and their challenges.
