My interview process was a bit unorthodox in that I began with an interview with the CEO. We spoke for about an hour and discussed my background, why I was interested in coming to Roar, my skills and the benefits of joining the team. The second round was with the person who would be my supervisor. We spoke more specifically about the day to day responsibilities and what makes a successful employee at Roar. After that I submitted writing samples and completed a writing assessment. I spoke one more time with the CEO before an offer was extended.
