I went through four rounds of interviews from initial outreach to not receiving an offer. The first round was a basic screening call with an internal recruiter. The second round was a video interview with the hiring manager. In the third round, I completed an extensive practical application exercise that included three long form questions that required both critical thinking and knowledge of the hospitality industry to complete. The fourth round was a two hour video call, during which I met with four different team members for 30 minutes each.

Managing the Daily operation: The Ro operation consists of three channels of member contact: email, phone, and SMS. All 25 member experience coordinators are trained to answer emails and phone calls, and half of the coordinators are trained to respond to SMS requests. Each coordinator is scheduled for a 45-minute lunch and 15-minute break each day. In addition to operational time and breaks, coordinators are sometimes scheduled out of the operation to attend meetings and performance conversations. In the event that our Care team receives higher phone volumes in the afternoon than anticipated, what steps would you take to balance capacity and what factors would you consider? Please detail your approach to the problem, any additional information you would need, and your proposed plan.
Following a phone screen with a recruiter, I had a 1-1 interview with the Senior Director. While the recruiter impressed me with their communication skills and attention to detail, my experience with the Senior Director was less positive. As someone in a senior position, I expected a more fluid and natural interview style, but unfortunately, the Director simply read questions off their screen without engaging with my responses. Additionally, their demeanor was overall quite monotone.
