I first met with a member of the firm's HR team who was very professional and nice to speak with. I then met with two partners in the practice group for which I was being considered. They spent about 90% of the time telling me about the position and when they asked me questions, barely gave me a chance to answer. At the end, I tried to ask a few questions and they told me they did not have the time.

They mostly complained about existing associates and asked if I would be like whomever they were complaining about.
The interview process felt transparent and there was an opportunity to meet the partners. HR was responsive. Multiple interview rounds but it was not excessive. Conversations felt productive not drawn out.

Met with 2 Associates then one of the partners. Asked questions about previous work experience and why you would want to work at Rivkin. They are big on making sure someone is committed to staying and not leaving after a year.
