      The interview process was very organized and the Recruiter was there every step of the way to help me prepare what to expect at the next stage and was always there if I had any questions. It was great to have multiple interviews where I got to meet so many members of the team. This interview process at Riverside had the most interview rounds I've experienced, meaning they are very thorough and intentional about the hiring process.

      Entrevista

      The interview process was thorough yet fair, and well-structured from start to finish. It consisted of five stages: an initial conversation with a talent recruiter, followed by interviews with the CS Director, a mock call, a discussion with the CRO, and a final conversation with an HR leader. Each step felt intentional and gave me a clear understanding of both the expectations of the role and the dynamics of the team. I especially appreciated the mock call, which offered a realistic preview of what the day-to-day responsibilities would look like. It also provided valuable insight into how CS leadership structures and delivers feedback, and gave me the opportunity to demonstrate how I receive and implement that feedback in practice. Overall, the process gave me a comprehensive view of the company, the team, and how I would fit into the role. It felt like a two-way evaluation, where I was not only being assessed, but also given the opportunity to assess whether the team and environment were the right fit for me.
