I applied for DAY position, and I got a call after 3 weeks after to schedule an appointment ( after receiving an email saying that I am not selected). When I got a call from HR, she said the opening was for DAY SHIFT not NIGHT SHIFT. ***BEWARE before you go to the interview*** YOU CAN'T GET A DAY SHIFT JOB ( NO DAY SHIFT), YOU HAVE TO DO NIGHT SHIFT FIRST in order to get a DAY shift job due to the UNION. I was very frustrated by that fact after driving a total of 2 hours on my off day. I wasted a lot of time today. I wouldn't have came to the interview if I knew that. They should have posted as night shift only, not day shift. I was informed about that at the beginning so I just left because it was wasting time. This hospital is unprofessional, baiting people with wrong job posting. This is not definitely the best hospital to apply in the area.

Went in for an invited job fair. All in one large conference room. Long wait…you sign up for the unit you want and they call you up one by one who signed up for that. If they like you, will give you shadow day then ghost you. One month later they let you know if it was a yes or no. Very unprofessional
