- first stage was to speak with the recruiter and answer generic questions
- because the role I was applying to was to support two field sales rep abroad, I had a phone conversation with each of them
- after getting a positive feedback, I was lined up for a one-hour face to face interview with sales manager and VP.

Friendly, fast and to the point process. Overall feeling is they were looking for a result oriented person, school smart as well as street smart, capable of working in a dynamic environment. I had one screening phone interview with HR, followed by a formal call with the hiring manager and ended with an informal group interview with the entire team.
