There were multiple phone interviews with various people from the company, moving up the food chain. Everyone was friendly and the company seemed like it would be a good place to work. They asked knowledgeable questions and expected answers that showed both experience and understanding. Sadly, the interview process dragged on, with the company never able to say yes or no.
