The CTO was more interested in personal details and past grievances with previous employers than actually assessing the skills required for the position. After trying to navigate that, I was offered a third interview by the CTO and told them I was definitely interested in continuing the process but when following up was told I was very angry in the interview and that I had no actual interest in working for the company "and it showed" (both of which were not true).
