Long, drawn-out process, in which it was clear they didn’t know what they wanted. Reposted the same job ad multiple times throughout the process too, with hundreds of applicants and I’m sure many of them had a very similar experience to me. Also very poor communication. They come back to you in their own time without much consideration about what you’ve invested into the process.
