They are growing so quickly they can barely manage it. The HR contractor seems to only set up interviews and doesn't inquire about salary. Interview went quite well, but I was not called back to talk with CEO, though I expected to. Heard from a former colleague who also interviewed here, that leadership seemed misogynistic and overly demanding. True? Don't know, but the commute would be terrible for anyone in the burbs so I'm not losing any sleep over it. It's also close to the jail and Big Daddy's Liquor. Plusses or minuses, you decide.
