Communication throughout was mostly personal and professional, which made the final system-generated rejection—without feedback—feel abrupt and disappointing. After investing time and effort, I expected a more respectful and human approach to closure.

Interviewed with 3 Hiring managers. Final round panel interview demo presentation. Expect to demo a platform that you’ll need to determine on your own and basically learn it. Then essentially you’re role playing with the audience and ensuring it’s engaging at the same time. Which is not a reflection of real world engagements and should have been less weight overall. I was given the opportunity to receive feedback as to why I wasn’t chosen which was very thoughtful.
