1st Interview held on May 14, 2024 with a recruiter. The interview questions were straightforward “tell me about my experience and why I wanted to join Rippling” I was asked to move forward that I would be the perfect candidate for this role. 2nd interview held on May 16, 2024 with the hiring manager, David. The interview questions weren’t hard very casual. The only thing that stood out to me was that the manager showed up to the interview with a wrinkled t shirt seemed like he was overworked and exhausted not a good representation of management. Received email on May 18, 2024, “ While we were impressed with your qualifications, we have decided to move forward with other candidates at this time. ”
