Interview process was fast, and interviewers were nice. The interview process was like the following: OA -> recruiter screen -> technical -> final OA was Hackerrank, consisted of some multiple questions and coding questions. It was doable.

The initial recruiter call was standard—questions about my background, resume, and interest in Rippling. They also explained the rest of the interview process. The first round was a 1-hour technical interview with a LeetCode Hard question split into two parts. I solved the first part fully and explained my thought process for the second, but didn’t move forward after that.
