The process was quite smooth with scheduling and recruiting. They provided an interview kit which had all of the company information you'd usually use to help study for an interview such as videos, recent news, and product demos. The people were nice, the interview seemed thorough, but I guess it was not a mutual fit. I had a phone screen and hiring manager interview. I followed up after no updates for a week, received a generic rejection, asked for feedback, and they never responded.
