Had 3 rounds of interviews. One meet with the recruiter, then two interviews with managers. They were very helpful in providing information for exactly what they were looking for. Gave powerpoints to study for the interview. Felt very prepared because of it.

Once you apply and if you are shortlisted you will get an assessment email where you have to draft an email regarding the pay issue of an employee and there wil be some MCQ questions and once you complete it you will be email for 2nd round that is call with HR in zoom for 15 minutes and then if you get shortlisted you will get an email with the next round of interviews that there will be 2 managers round
Easy and to the point.
Assessment where it asks you to write an email and few aptitude questions.
There are 2-3 interview rounds after that. Screening, department and then the final one with the hiring manager
