After the phone screening it was a video interview with the hiring manager. She spent most of the time talking about her college sports background and wasn’t paying attention when it was time for me to speak. She was looking around her the entire time. She also kept questioning a lot of my decisions throughout my career because she didn’t agree with them. Terrible interview
