They start by asking you a bunch of questions. Those questions are generally about your last job, what are your skills, why they should hire you. After a while of that, they then give you a tour of the plant. After that, you take a couple tests to show what your math, reading, and science skills are. Along with a personality, IQ, and a drug test.
