Never arrived to do one. When I first sent my CV over it took over 2 weeks to contact me to have a call 1 week later. Joined the call few minutes later than the time expected and the recruiter was not even in the call. 10 minutes later, I receive an email asking to reschedule up to the next 2 weeks. I cancelled the meeting as I was not willing to spend so much time only to have a first call to know me. I would suggest to improve the recruitment process as nowadays from the first call, to receiving an offer takes maximum 2 weeks.
