Interviewing at Riot Games was unlike any other interviewing experience I've ever had. I had three phone screens before they decided to fly me down for an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of four separate hour-long sessions, each with a two person panel. Although long, the interviewers were really personable and the setting was pretty casual. Each interview segment was focused on something specific, whether that be your technical skills, behavioral skills, etc. I ended up not being the right fit for them, but overall would give them a "10/10 highly recommend" for the experience overall, especially if you're a big League of Legends fan!
