I was contacted a day or two by e-mail after I applied on the company website. We set up a phone interview a couple of days later. The interviewer lasted about 45 minutes and was mainly comprised of open ended questions, seemingly from a script, about time and people management, and in general how and why I enjoyed games. She was very personal and tended to tell me what they were looking for if my answers were a little off. By the same token, however, the questions were a little too open ended so I wasn't always sure what she was getting at.
