Great interview process! The recruiter was extremely communicative and transparent throughout the process, and all the team members I spoke with, especially the hiring manager, were friendly and engaged. From the interviews, it was clear the Rightway product team is building out a great culture. Although I was disappointed I wasn't selected after the final round, I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process and would be open to future opportunities. 3 rounds - Recruiter Hiring manager Take home assignment and presentation to a panel (Final round)

I had a fantastic experience throughout the process. It was quite a long process 4 interviews (including group) and a project but the Recruiter was communicative throughout. I was really energized by the team and felt really great after each conversation. Honestly, the conversation I had with the Hiring Manager was one of the best I have ever had during an interview process, we even went 45 minutes over. I was really bummed to not get an offer but due to such a positive experience, I hope to reapply to opportunities in the future.
