Process is too complicated. Seems that RVPs cannot make a decision on hiring someone. There were five people in the interview, seemed that they were looking for someone to hold the keys to the silos. Interview was too difficult for the role. Once in the company, there seems to be issues with leaders being able to make decisions, same as the interview process. Great company if leadership would just let the consultants run the show.
