Confidential through a recruiting firm. I didn't know the job description until the night before and found out after the fact that I was hired to replace another person that had not been let go yet. Once I entered the building for the interview I was greeted by my interviewee with a big hug. She loved my background and almost appeared as if her first interview. After her few questions I was interviewed by the VP (owners son) and felt confident through this as well. He was a little more stern but I nailed it. As I left, I met my roommate for lunch to discuss the opportunity. The recruiter called me the next day with the offer.
