I went for the Global NOC Director position. Previously, I applied for the NOC Manager position (9 month or so ago) and I was not accepted. HR changed my interview time twice and once when I was coming to my second interview with the CTO. Spoke with Mr. Sullivan for 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was pleasant but when I asked him why two NOC Managers left within a span of a few months, he told me they got better positions. I did not believe him. Also, I asked him can the prospective NOC Manager effectively manage 5 remotes NOCs. He was kind of muted about that. Now, the Global NOC Director left after serving for a little over a year. I liked him. My recent interview was with a nice man (for the Global NOC Director) and he was unprepared. Four weeks have past and the terrible HR department never bother to send me an email and told me I am not accepted. My wife did not want me to apply because she read the terrible reviews of this company. I told my neighbor that I am interviewing with Rignet for the Director position. She went and did research and a few days later she saw me outside. She told me they have terrible reviews and are you sure you want work there. I told her no! One might ask Why I choose this company. I have 20 years satellite, IP experience and 7 years management experience. I was a perfect fit. However, the management is in shambles and clueless.
