They lie though when they say that it will be 90 days probational period before you get hired...they will then say that they have a hiring freeze and prolong your temp period as long as they want!!!! They are crooks!!!!! and liars!!!!!

Panel interview with usually 2 or more people including the hiring specialist, supervisor, and sometimes a manager. They ask random questions about your fit for the job. Pretty easy. They collaborate and determine if you are indeed a great fit for the company based on the job you applied for!
