1st round was a telephone interview with HR
2nd round was three live interview on site:
- with HR for 30 minutes (ended up lasting an hour)
- with Head of product development (future boss) for 90 minutes (was the most challenging part)
- with R&D Director (for 60')
It was quite friendly and ended up with a visit of the manufacture

HR ask a lot about knowledge of the brands and products
Technical interviews are focused on project management and development processes (not much about the product itself)
