I applied at the start of November 2022 and was not successful. No problems. Then an internal HR recruiter contacted me in late November about the same role that I applied to and didn't get earlier in the month. When I challenged him on why he was sending me this job advert, he told me that the job specification had changed. It hadn't. He lied to me. In my opinion, this recruiter is unprofessional and insensitive. I asked to be removed from the company database to stop being sent job applications for jobs that I recently applied for and didn't get.
