Got shortlisted two weeks after application deadline.
Had one to complete a verbal reasoning, a deductive reasoning, and an error checking test on SHL.
Scored above 70% percentile and got shortlisted for a 15 minute telephone interview.
I do not know the outcome yet. Next stage will be a remote interview including a presentation of my experience.

I was progressed to the last interview (after tests, preliminary interview). There was no offer, nor feedback. The rejection email came through and they did not provide any feedback. However, in the same email, they did ask for my feedback! LOL!

I was tasked with presenting on the topic of Combined Heat & Power and the role of renewable heating in the decarbonisation of the UK Energy Strategy. I presented the benefits of renewable fuels such as biomass and biogas from anaerobic digestion.
