I had an initial screening with the recruiter, it was quite easy . Just a check list sort of yes or no type of questions. I then progressed to a round with the hiring manager: Questions asked were , why are you interested in this space ? There’s a lot of checks, regulatory hurdles that are involved with money transfer, why would you be interested in it. Once I gave a somewhat thoughtful reasoning about my background, he took a chance and gave me a challenge for the next round. This was a 90 minute vibe coding challenge split into 3 sections , somewhat complex in that product design questions are asked and also the proposed features need to be prioritized and implemented right there itself. 2 ML based questions follow which involve data analysis, and evaluation of ML approach. Quite a high expectation for 1 year of experience but the interviewer kept guiding me and encouraging me. I think this is a role that very much relevant and gives you relevant skills to be future proof, I liked the questioning and style of interview
