Extensive interviews. Initial phone interview was what you would expect. Followed by 3 person panel interview. Panel interview started with the initial and typical questions. Next they asked for a solution to a problem on the white board in the room, while talking step by step as to how the solution was solved. Next came a 5 page test that was answered in front of the same group. Next round was with one person who never mention his exact title. Did not make it past this interview, but was told if I was chosen to continue than to be prepared for an interview with the President of the company and that "this will be the most difficult interview".
