Whole process took around 4 months. First two stages went pretty quickly but then I was waiting for nearly 2 months for them to really get back to me. After that I was invited for the last interview and I met more people from the team. On the last stage I was told that there is too much work for one person and they will be looking for 2 people to join the company. Few days later CEO got back to me and said that they are sending an offer to another candidate who is more "technical" and then once that is accepted they will specify another role and make second choice (I was told I was the strongest candidate for that). After another week I've got an email saying that person accepted the offer but they cannot make me an offer because they are focusing more on "techincal marketing" now. That all left a bitter taste as I felt I was just a place holder in case something doesn't work out for them
