Extremely laid back interview. HR and Management and very professional yet very down to earth every day people. Just answer the questions honestly and dont over think anything. they did not try to convey that they are above you. They treated me as an equal and I appreciated that.
It was pretty Straight forward,3 different people you will talk to during the process.they give you a walk through of the facility and how everything works & what everything is

Interview was pretty smooth,just asking you a few questions,you take a tour of the plant and you do your interview with two people and they'll tell you more about the job
