Show portfolio, explain work experience, listen to Design Director go on tangents about things like Disney and how work never ends for 30 minutes. Have the owner come up and rave about how he has a great feeling about you. He seems very sweet and kind at first meeting. (Don't let the bi-polar facade fool you.)
