I had a great initial interview and was told that I was a strong candidate. I was really excited about this opportunity but got completely ghosted after that for next steps.

I had 3 interviews and one take home assignment for the Partnerships Manager position. Each person I interviewed with was fantastic. Jeannette, Bailey, and Matt are exactly the sort of people I would love to work with. They showed that the work environment they have created is healthy, friendly, productive, focused, and they have good work/life balance. They are all genuine people that made me eager to join their team. I interviewed at many places and I know I would be happier working with this team and this company than any other one out there. I declined their offer only because I received another offer with a higher salary, and I felt I should take it putting my family first. However, if it were just me, this is the place I would want to work. Whoever ends up getting a Partnerships Manager job on this team is a seriously lucky person. I will be wishing it was me for a long time!
