The interview process was basic - phone screening, in person interview, then a writing test. All went swell than they ghosted me for about 3 weeks. I understand your teams are busy, but a candidates time is just as valuable, especially if they take off of work to meet with your teams. Let a candidate know they went with someone else than leaving a candidate high and dry. Poor reflection of the company after interviewing.

Applied on LinkedIn and was emailed a few days later to set up an interview. The office is recently renovated so it looks awesome. The interview was held with myself and four employees. Overall it was a pretty straightforward interview. They really focus on getting to know your personality and how you'll fit in with the culture over anything else. Was told that I'd hear if I got the job after a week. I waited but didn't hear anything so I sent them a follow up email and did not receive an offer.
