Tiered with problem solving interview stage whereby you need to solve a process that has been flagged as a risk to the business (Interview end-to-end process). It tests your ability to ask questions.

After submitting my CV, a couple of weeks passed before I was invited to take a test, which mainly consisted of logic questions, with a minimum required score of 27 out of 40. Upon passing the test, I had the opportunity to have an initial interview with the recruiter, who focused primarily on my previous experiences and informed me that the test had gone well. Following this, I was invited to a conversation with the Head of Operations, where the questions went deeper into my past experiences, with a more specific focus on the technical and operational aspects of the role. After this stage, the selection process came to a halt.
