Problem solving round - same as Bar raiser round, they want to see how much a candidate fits the Revolut culture and core values, the interviewer did not seem interested in my profile, the interview was conducted following their protocol, but nothing spectacular

Interview startete zu spät seitens Revolution wurde aber pünktlich beendet trotzdem. im Anschluss die Bitte typische Assessment Center Tests zu machen, da ich dies für solche eine Position als nicht angemessen empfunden habe, habe ich denn Prozess beendet. Gehälter mit fast undurchsichtigen variablen Komponenten unter Nutzung von VSOP Anteilen.
