Interview process is quite absurd.
(1) First screening call with HR. Usual conversation to gauge whether you kinda fit what they are looking for.
(2) IQ test : Made me not want to join the company anymore. Tell you indirectly you either fit in the box they created for themselves or you don't.
(3) Problem-solving interview: Reinforce (2) : you either think like they expect you to think or you do not pass.
And after 2h+ hours of interview where you barely talked about your actual skills and knowledge, you get a work at home assignment.
Yeah no thanks, the ego of the company already bored me.

I interviewed with another person than the one who send the invite on LinkedIn and who said will be my interlocutor, giving really bad scam vibes - there was no message saying there will be a different person. After the interviewer read blandly and very bored from a sheet the description of the company, I described my current activity and specialization.
They said they will be back in 24-48hours with a response. They didn't. They did not even send a template email. Reading more about the company I see a lot of red flags, but this level of lack of professionalism is still striking.
