Recruiter Screen Call: Recruiter backed out of interview mid-way after knowing I'd need sponsorship. Seemed a bit weird since they have quite a few employees in different locations from countries that'd need sponsorship.

Asked a bit about my current experience related to the job description.

Entrevista
First step is online test : job and personality related.
Second step is: Screening call with the recruiter.
Third and final step : Interview with a manager.
Everything was so smooth and I receive an offer a few hours after the final interview. I had a lot of interviews with international baking company and no one was as clear and quick than Revolut.
I was messaged on LinkedIn by the recuriter who after few simple questions invited me to take a test. After completing it, I was contacted to schedule first video interview which was conducted by HR and was regarding typical HR stuff. Then I was invited to the second video interview which lasted around 40 mins and was asked questions similar to what HR informed me to be prepared to. After about 4 days I was accepted for the role.

Very long doesn’t make sense and not comparable to actually knowing if the candidate can do the role or not. Asked to jump through multiple hoops to work for an organisation which has a high staff turn over
